General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the 555rl platform and its users. 555rl is an online gaming and betting platform built for players in Bangladesh.

Each user may create only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

• You must provide true and accurate personal information at the time of registration.
• If any information changes, it must be updated without delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on the 555rl platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — this limit applies to all payment methods. Deposits must be made only from the user's own account. Depositing using a third party's account is prohibited.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

3.4 Transaction Security

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, 555rl reserves the right to hold it and conduct an investigation.
• 555rl will cooperate with relevant authorities to prevent money laundering.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

555rl offers a welcome bonus for new players. A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met. You must place bets 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

555rl runs a five-tier VIP program for regular players: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — the higher the tier, the greater the benefits. Tier promotions are determined based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Game Cancellation Policy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555rl platform:

• Selling, transferring, or renting an account.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.

• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or bug in a game.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Account Closure by 555rl

555rl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of involvement in prohibited activities.
• If a minor user is identified.
• On the instruction of a legal or regulatory authority.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account.

7.3 Funds in a Suspended Account

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms, bonus funds will be forfeited. However, regular self-deposited funds may be returned subject to verification.
